PREVIEW: UFC Singapore

Picture Credit: UFC By: Bryce  So this weekend's card is weird: the prelims begin at 4:30 AM EST. That's just the start. It has a total of 6 champions or championship contenders, but in their combined last 15 fights they are 0-14-1. However, it's a great lineup of fights for Fight Pass and Singapore should have a good show put on for them. Along with that, the MMA world should take notice, and here's why.  Picture Credit: LowKick MMA

RDA to 170

One key reason to tune in to UFC Singapore is the return of RDA and his UFC Welterweight debut. The former 155 champion was seen as one of the pound for pound best before dropping two straight, one to Alvarez and then to Ferguson. Maybe the higher weight class will show an energized, rejuvenated version of himself and he can show fans again why he was regarded as one of the best in the world.  Picture Credit: MMA Junkie

Is Holm done?

Every main event is typically worth tuning into, and this is no different, but it does has a different narrative than most. This is to find out if Holly Holm is truly bad, having lost her last 3 now, or if those that she was fighting were that good. She's against Bethe Correia, who is known for being knocked out by the Ronda Rousey of old. Holm has a huge advantage in the stand up and this will be a key fight to see if her best is already behind her.  Picture Credit: MMA Mad

Heavyweights.

Need I say more? Andrei Arlovski, while aging and coming off a vicious KO(link KO here) by the hands of Francis Ngannou, has showed time and time again he can strike with anyone, like that Travis Browne fight(link that fight). He squares off against Marvin Tybura, who is off to a 2-1 start in the UFC. He already has a POTN bonus under his belt, so look for fireworks here.  https://youtu.be/CrCzjS1hao8
