I can't think of a better way to say it: UFC 218 was awesome. Highlight reel KOs, all-time classic wars and a great championship main event between a young superstar & an all-time legend, this card had it all. The staff here at Untitled MMA was lucky enough to be in the arena for a card that we will not soon forget. I haven't watched the card back yet, but the atmosphere in Detroit was fantastic. With the arena being sold-out and the gate being over $2 million, I don't anticipate the UFC waiting another 7 years to return to the Motor City.

The next fight was between the always entertaining Cowboy Oliveira and Yancy Medeiros. What transpired over the next 2 rounds and change was an unforgettable firefight between two warriors, and would've been a runaway Fight of the Night on any other card. The highlights below don't do the fight justice in any way. Whatever you have to do, find a way to watch this entire fight...

And finally, after a night filled with top shelf MMA action, we came to the Championship main event. Jose Aldo stepped in to fight the man who took his belt, Max Holloway, after Frankie Edgar was forced to pull out with an injury. The fight was a back-and-forth affair that ended the same way as their first meeting, Holloway TKO'ing the legend Aldo to take the featherweight championship back to Hawaii...
